By accessing or using IVF Calendar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

IVF Calendar is a scheduling and reminder tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

- The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice
- Never disregard professional medical advice because of information from the App
- Treatment schedules should be verified with your clinic
Description of Service
IVF Calendar provides:
- Treatment schedule management and organization
- Calendar synchronization with your device
- Reminder notifications for appointments and medications
- Encrypted partner sharing capabilities
The App does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device.
User Responsibilities
When using IVF Calendar, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose
- Keep your treatment information accurate and up-to-date
- Verify your schedule with your healthcare provider
- Not use the App for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
Partner Sharing
When you share your schedule with a partner:
- You are responsible for sharing the decryption password securely
- Shared data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before leaving your device
- You can create new sharing links at any time
- Shared information is subject to our Privacy Policy
Data and Privacy
Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or process personal information on our servers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YuzuHub UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- IVF Calendar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for missed appointments, medication reminders, or treatment schedules
- Schedule accuracy depends on the information you enter
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any)
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
